Programs and Resources
	CFSC Publications and Products – Learn about proper industry practices with CFSC's publications developed specifically for cold-formed steel component manufacturers. Publications available include the Cold-Formed Steel Building Component Safety Information (CFSBCSI) booklet and steel sticker tags. NOW AVAILABLE! – CFS JOBSITE PACKAGE and CFSBCSI-B Series Summary Sheets
	QC Wall Panel Program – This program helps manufacturers monitor the quality of wall panels they manufacture and provides the plant with a data management system. It consists of inspecting wall panels and entering the data into the software program, allowing manufacturers to store data and create reports to assess plant quality. This program also offers an official CFSC QC Wall Panel 100% voluntary certification.
	SBCA Load Guide – Developed for Building Designers (architects, engineers, etc.), Building Code Officials, Component Manufacturers, Truss Designers and Truss Technicians, the SBCA Load Guide helps users more easily understand, define and specify all the design loads applied to structural building components.
	Technical Assessment Test Online (TATO) – Determine quickly and accurately if job candidates or current employees have the technical aptitude and skills required to succeed in the structural building components industry.
	Structural Building Components Magazine – SBC Magazine's website is a valuable resource for information to, and about, the structural building components industry. In addition to the News sections (Legislative, Economic and Industry) and the Classified Section, the articles from past issues of SBC are posted here. 	Building Component Manufacturers Conference (BCMC) – BCMC is the structural building component industry's annual tradeshow and conference. From equipment and product displays to industry focused educational sessions, BCMC brings together the largest gathering of component manufacturers in the world for an energy-packed, three-day convention.
	WorkForce Development – WorkForce Development site is a "one stop" resource for members, educational institutions, potential employees and others, which will help build the talents needed to grow the industry and provide career opportunities for workers in the industry.
	SBC Legislative Conference – The SBC Legislative Conference focuses on building grassroots advocacy for the structural building components industry.
	Industry Research and Testing Planning – Learn more about the SBC Research Institute - the structural building component industry's research and testing facility.
	Plant Tours – Help familiarize building industry professionals with the manufacturing processes for structural building components. Tours emphasizes your design and manufacturing process for cold-formed steel components. Where applicable, metal plate connected wood components and engineered wood products (like I-joists, beams and headers) could also be covered. SBCA can assist you with organizing an event.
	Annual Management Surveys – Wage & Benefit and Financial Performance – The Wage and Benefit Survey is a biennial survey that collects data on SBCA Component Manufacturer Regular Members' personnel compensation and benefits. The Financial Performance Survey (FPS) collects data on SBCA Component Manufacturer Regular Members' financial health, providing a valuable tool to analyze where your company currently stands and plan for future growth.
	Approved Insurance Broker Programs – This program provides SBCA's component manufacturing members with a group of insurance agents who are well equipped to advocate with underwriters on behalf of our industry, and help them find appropriate and cost-effective coverage.
